FPP4EU submits list of missed uses of PFAS to the stakeholder consultation

In response to the European Chemicals Agency’s public consultation on the universal PFAS restriction proposal, FPP4EU submitted a non-exhaustive list of 596 uses of PFAS that were missing from the draft PFAS restriction proposal submitted by 5 Competent Authorities. This was done in an effort to ensure all PFAS uses are known, to avoid supply chain disruptions and unintentional elimination of key applications, point 1 of our 6-point action plan.

FFP4EU members will continue engaging with the competent authorities and ECHA to help ensure a restriction proposal is effective, workable, and enforceable.
